From Finca Chico to Finca Ciprés, Vajusa Azul, Lecjería, and Candelaria, each farm is a harbor of hard work and heart. Farmers here hand-pick every cherry at its ripest, crafting coffees that carry the soul of the land — and the spirit of those who tend it. Every cup tells a tale born from sun, rain, and patience.



THE CHARACTER OF OUR VARIETIES
Our Costa Rican varieties — Catuai, Caturra, Pacamara, and Villa Sarchí — are as distinct as the waves themselves. Some speak softly of honey and citrus, others roar with red fruits, cocoa, and spice. Together, they form the map of our flavor journey — bright, sweet, and full of life. Each roast is a new horizon, and every sip a reminder: great coffee, like the sea, is full of depth, adventure, and discovery.

CRAFT AND PROCESS
Like a seasoned sailor reading the tides, our farmers know the rhythm of the harvest. Each process — Washed, Red Honey, Honey, or Natural — brings out a different current of flavor. The Washed coffees gleam bright and clean like a clear horizon; the Honey lots flow sweet and golden; the Natural ones carry deep fruit notes, bold as an open sea. Every batch is a story of balance, care, and the quiet art of transformation.
